Pops are a great way to get yummy fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, anything into a tasty treat to cool your veggie tot off in the heat!
You can make so many varieties!
These pops are made with Kiwi, Spinach, Blackberries and Organic Greek Yogurt.
First you puree all ingredients
Next you freeze. I use tiny dixie cups and fill them half full. (Baby J is only 1 1/2)
When they are almost frozen, stick a Popsicle stick or coffee stirrer stick in the cups
